443. I'm looking through you - The Wallflowers

I'm looking through you, where did you go?
I thought I knew you, what did I know?
You don't look different, but you have changed,
I'm looking through you, you're not the same

Your lips are moving, I cannot hear,
Your voice is soothing, but the words aren't clear
You don't sound different, I've learned the game,
I'm looking through you, you're not the same

Why, tell me why did you not treat me right,
Love has a nasty habit of disappearing overnight
You're thinking of me, the same old way,
You were above me, but not today

The only difference is you're down there,
I'm looking through you, and you're nowhere
Why, tell me why did you not treat me right,
Love has a nasty habit of disappearing overnight

I'm looking through you, where did you go?
I thought I knew you, what did I know?
You don't look different, but you have changed,
I'm looking through you, you're not the same

Yeah, oh, baby you've changed,
Baby you've changed.
I'm looking through you, I'm looking through you
I think you've changed.

442. I'll see you in my dreams - Django Reinhardt

441. Porto sentido - Rui Veloso

Quem vem e atravessa o rio
Junto à serra do Pilar
vê um velho casario
que se estende ate ao mar

Quem te vê ao vir da ponte
és cascata, são-joanina
dirigida sobre um monte
no meio da neblina.

Por ruelas e calçadas
da Ribeira até à Foz
por pedras sujas e gastas
e lampiões tristes e sós.

E esse teu ar grave e sério
dum rosto e cantaria
que nos oculta o mistério
dessa luz bela e sombria

[refrão]
Ver-te assim abandonada
nesse timbre pardacento
nesse teu jeito fechado
de quem mói um sentimento

E é sempre a primeira vez
em cada regresso a casa
rever-te nessa altivez
de milhafre ferido na asa

440. Corona - Calexico

The people will survive
In their environment
The dirt, the scarcity, the emptiness
Of our south

The injustices of our greed
A practice we merit
The dirt, the scarcity and emptiness
Of our south

There on the beach
I could see it in her eyes
I only had a corona
Five cents deposit

Ouve, vamos ver o mar
E eu aprendi a amar

REFRAO: Sim eu sei que tudo so recordacoes
E recordar e viver, so tu e eu

Falei-te do vento norte
Nao, nao me digas adeus
Fui louco, nao sei, talvez
Amar-te-ia outra vez

438. Good riddance (Time of your life) - Green Day

Another turning point
A fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist
Directs you where to go
So make the best of this test
And don't ask why
It's not a question
But a lesson learned in time
It's something unpredictable
But in the end is right
I hope you had the time of your life

So take the photographs
And still frames in your mind
Hang it on a shelf in
Good health and good time
Tattoos of memories
And dead skin on trial
For what it's worth
It was worth all the while
It's something unpredictable
But in the end is right
I hope you had the time of your life

[Instrumental Break]

It's something unpredictable
But in the end is right
I hope you had the time of your life

It's something unpredictable
But in the end is right
I hope you had the time of your life

437. Young adult friction - The Pains of Being Pure at Heart

between the stacks in the library
not like anyone stopped to see
we came they went, our bodies spent
among the dust and the microfiche

dark winters wear you down
up again to see the dawn
in your worn sweatshirt
and your mothers old skirt
its enough to turn my studies down

now that you feel, you say its not real

i never thought i would come of age
let alone on a moldy page
you put your back to the spines
and you said it was fine if there's nothing really left to say

you're taking toffee with your vicodin
something sweet to forget about him

if you go your own way i will go my own way
and we'll never speak of it again

don't check me out
